Condominium Style Properties A.D. Sabac is a joint-stock company engaged in investing in construction and with its renowned partners from the country and abroad it intends to move the borders of housing construction on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and in the region.
Condominiums are objects that represent a combined form of individual and common property over an apartment / suite or house and the associated ideal part of the common property within a whole consisting of one or more residential buildings. Individual property is an apartment, suite or a house that is located in a common area, and the common property are: indoor rooms (reception, staircase, basements, storage rooms, laundry rooms, garages, fitness room, room for socializing etc.) and outer areas and facilities (yard, lawns, swimming pools, playgrounds, barbecue and entertainment area, etc.), as well as all other common land.
Owing a condominium with all its additional contents is far cheaper option than when an individual had to make them on his own. Not only the costs of building additional contents (security, parking / garage, reception, park, swimming pool, sauna, fitness, billiard, tennis, party terrace / barbecue) are shared, but the costs of maintaining these contents with other tenants of the condominium are shared as well.
