The first project concerned the comparative analysis of the national maritime legislation of the Pacific States regarding the safety of navigation in inland and territorial waters with development of training guidelines and QMS for Maritime training Institutions on Pacific, which was done under the auspices of the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) in the Pacific Islands Countries (PIC) and International Maritime Organization (IMO).

The second project concerned the analysis of maritime legislation of the Republic of Kiribati as the part of Pacific Maritime Safety Programme – Phase 2, in order to prepare and execute IMSAS (IMO Member State Audit Scheme) inspection of national maritime legislation by the IMO under the auspices of the New Zealand Maritime Administration & NZAid.

Both projects were implemented at the highest possible level by Lucic Marine Services, where a significant contribution was given in the form of rich experience, knowledge of maritime and legal regulations and the expertise of Captain Šparović. This opened the door wide for engaging our experts in such projects anywhere in the world!
